About these terms

These terms explain how you may use the My Virtual Consultant marketing website. For questions, contact admin@myvirtualconsultant.co.uk.

They cover the website itself. They do not replace the terms, scope or privacy information provided for a Diagnostic, consultation, report or other engagement.

Website information

The website introduces our approach and services. Its general descriptions are not advice tailored to your organisation or a guarantee of a particular business outcome.

Charts and report examples labelled as illustrative use sample information. They are not client results and do not predict the findings or content of your own report. The service you select or the proposal agreed with you confirms what is included.

We aim to keep the information accurate and useful. If something appears unclear, incomplete or out of date, please contact us so we can check it. Website availability and external links can change.

Enquiries, purchases and bookings

The enquiry journey prepares an email in your own mail app. You need to review and send that email for us to receive it. Completing the questions or opening an email does not confirm a booking, create a client account or begin a paid engagement.

Where a package can be bought online, the link opens a secure checkout page run by Stripe. Review the package description, the price and whether you are buying for yourself or for a group before you pay. The payment is taken by the payment provider, not by this marketing website.

Your purchase is complete when the payment succeeds. We then email the Diagnostic invitation to the address given at checkout, or contact you about setting up your group. Gold and Platinum programmes are scoped and agreed with you separately before anything is booked.

The scope, fees, delivery arrangements and any cancellation terms for a service are set out on the package, during checkout or in the proposal agreed with you. Contact us before proceeding if any part of the offer is unclear.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the package and again at checkout. Each package's cancellation and refund terms are confirmed to you before you pay.

To ask for a refund, email admin@myvirtualconsultant.co.uk with the name and email address used at checkout. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method by the payment provider, and the invitation or booking it covered no longer applies.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Using our content

You may read the website, share links to it and keep a copy of relevant pages for your own reference or internal discussion. Please retain any attribution and keep the context of the material intact.

Reusing our branding, frameworks, illustrations or report material in a separate commercial product or publication requires permission from the relevant rights holder. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.

Using the website fairly

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, introduce harmful code, gain unauthorised access or impersonate another person in an enquiry. Only share information that you are entitled to provide.

Our privacy policy explains how website visits and enquiries are handled.

External services

External websites, checkout and booking services and email apps operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Check those details when you choose to use them. Contact us if a purchase or booking link appears to lead to the wrong service.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these website terms removes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these website terms as the site changes. The date at the top identifies this version. An update to these website terms does not change the terms of an engagement already agreed with you.
