Questions, answered.

Is AHEAD a personality test?

It is a work-style profile built specifically around change: how you create stability, connection, energy, rigour and momentum. It describes patterns and conditions, not fixed types, and it never reduces you to a single word.

What do the five archetypes mean?

Anchor brings stability and continuity, Harmoniser brings relational intelligence, Enthusiast brings enthusiasm and creativity, Analyst brings analytical rigour, and Driver brings drive and agency. Everyone carries all five in a different balance.

Does it work for teams?

Yes. Individual profiles give a team a shared language for discussing change. We agree the participants, facilitated conversation and reporting you need before the work begins.

Is the profile automated?

Scores and charts are calculated from your responses. The report narrative is drafted from the AHEAD framework and reviewed before release.

What happens after the profile?
